Do I need a booking system to use NoShow AI?
No. If you book clients in Google Calendar, NoShow AI reads those appointments. You can also add appointments by hand in the dashboard.
Can each stylist get their own reminders?
Reminders go out for every appointment on the connected calendar, with your salon’s name in the message. The Unlimited plan adds logins for multiple staff members.
How far ahead do reminders go out?
You choose. The first reminder can go 12 to 72 hours before the appointment and the second 1 to 4 hours before, or turn either one off.
Are the reminder texts compliant?
Every reminder tells the recipient how to opt out, and STOP, START, and HELP replies are handled automatically. Only text people who gave you their cell number for appointment updates.
