Privacy Policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
This policy explains how [Your Company Legal Name] ("NoShow AI", "we", "us") handles information when you use our website, dashboard, and app (the "Service"), and when you receive a text message sent through it.
1. Our role
We handle two kinds of information. For business account information (the practices and salons that use NoShow AI), we decide how it is used. For client information that a business adds to send reminders, we act on that business's behalf and instructions, as its service provider. If you received a reminder from a business, you can also contact that business about your information.
2. Information we collect
From businesses using the Service
- Account details: name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Business details: business name, type, phone number, time zone, reminder settings, and the figures you enter for statistics (such as average appointment value).
- Billing details: plan and subscription status. Card and payment details are collected and stored by Paddle, not by us.
- If you connect Google: the Google account email address, and events from your primary Google Calendar within the sync window (title, description, location, time, and status), which we use to find appointments. We store only the appointments we import.
- If you turn on notifications: a push subscription for that browser or device, and its browser type.
About clients of those businesses
- Name, mobile phone number, and appointment date and time.
- The reminder messages sent, replies received (such as C to confirm, R to reschedule, or STOP), delivery status, and whether the number has opted out.
Collected automatically
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request times, used for security and troubleshooting.
- Essential cookies that keep you signed in and protect forms from forgery, and a small amount of browser storage for preferences such as dismissed banners. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Website analytics: a first-party cookie (
ns_vid) with a random ID lets us see which pages of our website and sign-up flow were visited, which buttons were clicked, how you found us (for example the referring website or ad campaign), and your approximate city, state and country from your IP address. We keep this in our own database, don't share it with advertising networks, and don't store your IP address for it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don't collect it. - If you type your email address on our sign-up form but don't finish creating an account, we may keep that email and name to follow up about your sign-up. Email us to have it deleted.
3. How we use information
- To schedule and send appointment reminders and process client replies.
- To import appointments from a connected calendar.
- To show dashboard statistics and notify you about client replies.
- To manage subscriptions, provide support, and send service emails.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To understand how people find and use our website, and to improve it.
We do not sell personal information or use client information for advertising.
4. Text messaging and mobile information
Mobile phone numbers are used only to send appointment-related messages on behalf of the business the client booked with, and to process replies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out. See our SMS Terms.
5. Google user data
NoShow AI requests read-only access to Google Calendar only to import appointments into your account. NoShow AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't use Google user data for advertising, don't sell it, and don't let humans read it except with your permission, for security, or where required by law. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Settings, which revokes our access with Google and deletes the stored tokens.
6. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service:
- Text-message providers (such as Twilio or Telnyx) and mobile carriers, to deliver texts.
- Google, if you connect Google Calendar or sign in with Google.
- Paddle, our merchant of record, to process payments, taxes, and invoices.
- Hosting and database providers that store the Service's data.
- Browser push services (such as those run by Google, Apple, and Mozilla), to deliver notifications you turned on.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.
7. Where information is stored
NoShow AI is operated from India and its data is hosted in [Hosting region, e.g. United States]. Service providers may process information in other countries. Where information is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords only as salted hashes, encrypt stored calendar access tokens, verify the signatures on messaging webhooks, and limit access to production data. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away at noshowai247@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
9. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as the business's account is active. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize its data within 90 days, except where we must keep it longer to meet legal, tax, or dispute obligations. Opt-out records may be kept longer so we never text a number that asked us to stop.
10. Your choices and rights
- Businesses can view and update their information in Settings.
- Anyone can stop reminder texts by replying STOP.
- You can turn off push notifications in Settings or your browser.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email noshowai247@gmail.com and we will respond within the time required by law. Clients of a business may be referred to that business.
11. Children
The Service is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information for our own purposes; appointment reminders for a minor are sent to the number a parent or guardian gives the business.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the dashboard.
