Common questions
When is the review request sent?
1, 2, 4, or 24 hours after the appointment time (you choose), but only after you mark the visit Attended, and never at night: it waits for your quiet hours to end, or 8 AM if you haven’t set any.
Which plans include it?
Pro and Unlimited, and every free trial. Each review request uses one text from your monthly allowance.
Can I send it only to happy clients?
No. Google’s rules don’t allow asking only happy clients or offering anything for a review, so NoShow AI asks every client you mark attended the same way.
