Team members, a clearer Unlimited plan, and free guides
- Unlimited plan: invite up to 5 staff logins. Staff can manage appointments and answer replies; only the owner changes billing, settings, and the team.
- Unlimited now includes up to 5,000 reminders a month under fair use, and priority email support.
- New free guides and tools: reminder text templates, a no-show policy template, a reminder timing guide, a texting-rules overview, a no-show cost calculator, and a glossary.
- New About, Contact, and Security pages, and a machine-readable facts file for AI assistants.
Ready-made messages and Google review requests
- Pick a ready-made reminder message or write your own, with a different message for each reminder.
- Google review requests: after you mark a visit attended, the client gets one text with your Google review link.
- Delete your account and all its data yourself from Settings.
- New pages for dental offices, salons, barbershops, medical practices, and spas, and for Texas, California, Florida, and New York.
Week-ahead reminders, quiet hours, and unconfirmed alerts
- Optional reminder one week before each appointment.
- Stop reminding clients once they confirm.
- Quiet hours: reminders that would go out at night wait until morning.
- Get an alert when a client still hasn’t confirmed after the final reminder.
- Email verification and password reset.
See which calendar events were skipped
- Settings now lists calendar events that couldn’t become appointments (for example, no mobile number) and why.
Paid plans and the $1 first month
- Subscribe to Starter, Pro, or Unlimited, monthly or yearly, with checkout by Paddle.
- First-time subscribers can get their first month of Pro for $1.
