Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Reminders are regular text messages, so they work on any phone. Clients reply C to confirm or R to reschedule, right from their messages.
Which calendars does NoShow AI work with?
Google Calendar today. Include the client’s name and phone number in the event, for example “Maria Lopez – Cleaning (512) 555-0111”, and NoShow AI schedules the reminders. You can also add appointments by hand from your dashboard.
Can I change when reminders go out and what they say?
Yes. Send the first reminder 12 to 72 hours ahead and the second 1 to 4 hours ahead, or turn either one off. You can rewrite the message in your own words, and the client’s name, your business name, and the appointment time are filled in for you.
What happens when a client wants to reschedule?
They reply R and get an instant text saying you’ll be in touch. You get a notification, and the appointment moves to Needs attention in your dashboard. Pick a new time and fresh reminders are scheduled automatically.
How do you handle opt-outs?
Every reminder tells clients how to opt out. STOP, START, and HELP replies are handled automatically, and clients who opt out get no more reminders until they text START. See our SMS terms.
Which phone numbers can you text?
US mobile numbers for now. Clients need a phone that can receive texts, and nothing else.
Is there a long-term contract?
