About NoShow AI

What we do

NoShow AI texts your clients before each appointment. They reply C to confirm or R to reschedule, you see every answer in one dashboard, and you get an alert when someone needs a new time or still hasn't confirmed. Appointments come from the Google Calendar you already use, or you can add them in the dashboard. Clients don't install anything; reminders are ordinary text messages.

It's built for dental offices, hair and nail salons, barbershops, doctors' offices, clinics, and spas across the United States: businesses where an empty chair is time you can't sell again.

Why we built it

Most reminder tools are part of large practice-management suites, with sales calls, contracts, and prices made for big groups. A two-chair salon or a solo dentist doesn't need that. They need a reminder that goes out on time, a reply they can trust, and a bill that makes sense. So NoShow AI has published prices from $49/month, a 14-day free trial without a credit card, and no contracts.

How we work

• Reminders only. We send appointment reminders and, if you turn them on, one Google review request after a visit. Never marketing texts.
• Every text names your business and tells the client how to opt out. STOP, START, and HELP replies are handled automatically.
• Honest numbers. Our calculator uses your own numbers. We don't promise how many no-shows reminders will prevent.
• Your data is yours. We use it only to run the service and never sell it. Delete your account in Settings and your business, clients, appointments, and messages are permanently deleted. See the privacy policy.

Who runs NoShow AI

NoShow AI is operated by Abhishek, an independent developer based in India. Application data is hosted in the United States (US West, Oregon). Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, and texts are delivered by our SMS provider through US mobile carriers.
