Can I send any text from this page?
Messages is a history and status view, not a general-purpose texting composer. Send reminder now is available from eligible appointments; it requires texting permission and respects quiet hours.
Does search include every historical message?
Search covers conversations from the latest 500 message records. An opened thread shows its latest 200 records. Delivery status reflects the available provider updates; it does not prove a client read a text.
